How Counselling Can Help YouCounselling can help you –
What Treatment Options Are Right For Me?Your therapist will discuss with you the treatment options appropriate for your problem, and together you will decide on which is right for you. How Confidential is My Information? All practice therapists are committed to maintaining confidentiality unless there is a risk of harm to you and/or others. In this eventuality, the concerns would be discussed with you first if at all possible. Casework may be reviewed with a supervisor, but identifying information is not shared. How Many Sessions Will I Need? The number and frequency of sessions will depend on a number of factors, including your presenting concerns and your treatment plan. Your therapist will discuss this with you. What Accountability is There? Each therapist attends regular professional supervision with a trained professional ensuring safety and accountability for you and the practice. Each therapist also adheres to a Professional Code of Ethics. Codes of Ethics can be viewed in full at: Frequently asked questions: How Counselling Can Help You; Counselling Methods; About Chris; About Miriam; About Sharon. |
